Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1½ cups milk of choice
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1½ tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1½ tablespoons maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and blueberries to a bowl or airtight container.
  2. Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  4. Stir before serving and add a splash of milk if needed.
  5. Serve as is or top with your favorite toppings.
